Healing Method Massage LLC provides professional massage therapy services for relaxation, pain relief, improved mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.
Massage therapy services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed medical professional.
Appointments are available by advance booking and are subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling an appointment.
Payment may be required at the time of booking. Prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change.
Any applicable charges will be shown before payment is completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment may be subject to the cancellation or no-show policy displayed during the booking process.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, the session may need to end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected. The full scheduled appointment fee may still apply.
Clients may be asked to complete a Client Intake Form before receiving massage services.
Please provide accurate and complete information regarding relevant health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications, recent surgeries, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect massage therapy.
Clients are responsible for informing the massage therapist of any changes to their health before each appointment.
All massage services provided by Healing Method Massage LLC are strictly professional and therapeutic.
Inappropriate, sexual, threatening, abusive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. A session may be ended immediately if such behavior occurs.
Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences regarding pressure, positioning, areas of focus, or discomfort at any time during the session.
A client may request that the massage be adjusted or stopped at any time.
Every person responds differently to massage therapy. Healing Method Massage LLC does not guarantee specific results from any massage session or service.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the massage studio. Healing Method Massage LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where required by law.
Healing Method Massage LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Services, pricing, availability, policies, and website content may be updated from time to time.
Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with the Healing Method Massage LLC Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Healing Method Massage LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or massage services.

Healing Method Massage LLC provides appointment-based massage therapy services. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
By completing a booking and payment, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be refunded or rescheduled without a cancellation fee.
If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
The remaining 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Healing Method Massage LLC.
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide advance notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments are non-refundable, and 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, your massage session may be shortened so that the next scheduled appointment is not affected.
The full appointment fee will still apply.
Once a massage service has been provided, payment is non-refundable.
If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact Healing Method Massage LLC as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once, please contact Healing Method Massage LLC. Any verified duplicate or incorrect charge will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Appointments booked using a gift card are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies described above.
Healing Method Massage LLC reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy. Any changes will be posted on this website.
